2. What you can raise

• A request to access, correct or erase your personal data
• A concern about how your health or personal data has been used or shared
• A complaint about a StarFit team member, network provider, or the platform itself
• Any other privacy-related concern under the DPDP Act

3. How to file a grievance

Write to us at the email or address above with your name, the employer plan you're registered under, and a description of your concern. Where possible, include any relevant dates or reference numbers.

4. Response timeline

We will acknowledge your grievance promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 days of receipt. If we need more time to investigate, we will let you know the expected timeline.

5. Escalation

If you're not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India once constituted, or pursue any other remedy available to you under applicable law.
