These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, mobile application and employee health benefit platform (together, the “Services”) operated by STARFIT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (“StarFit”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Access to StarFit's employee benefit is provided through your employer's sponsored plan. You must be an active employee (or an eligible registered dependent) of a company that has an active agreement with StarFit to use the Services.
StarFit is a technology platform that helps you discover and book access to independent, licensed third-party healthcare providers — doctors, diagnostic labs, pharmacies and wellness partners. StarFit itself is not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy or licensed medical provider, and does not practise medicine. All clinical advice, diagnosis and treatment are the responsibility of the independent, licensed provider you consult. In a medical emergency, contact your nearest emergency service directly rather than relying on the Services.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including dependent details. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to access another user's records, submitting false information to obtain benefits you are not entitled to, or interfering with the platform's normal operation.
Where your employer sponsors your plan, no fee is charged to you directly for covered benefits. Where a Service involves an employee-funded top-up or out-of-pocket component, applicable charges will be clearly shown before you confirm the booking or order.
Bookings, consultations, diagnostic tests and pharmacy orders are fulfilled by independent third-party providers in our network. While we vet providers before onboarding them, StarFit is not liable for the clinical judgement, treatment outcomes, or conduct of any independent provider.
All content, trademarks and software associated with the Services are owned by StarFit or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute any part of the Services without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarFit's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount (if any) you have personally paid us in the preceding twelve months. StarFit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Your access to the Services may be suspended or terminated if your employer's plan ends, if you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably believe your account is being used fraudulently.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
